Moveset
Neutral B: Eletric Thunder
Blanka rapidly crouches and conducts several thousand volts of electricity through his body, zapping opponents that come in contact. (16% in eletric damage), once the move is activated, Blanka cannot move until the move ends (by simply stopping the button tapping), so this move is considered a close-up defensive move.
Side B: Rolling Attack
Blanka curls himself into a ball shape and rockets across the screen horizontally while spinning (14%). The speed depends on the strength of the punch button pressed. The EX version travels the entire screen very fast and goes through projectiles (21%).
Up B: Vertical Roll
Blanka curls himself into a ball shape and suddenly sommersaults in a diagonally upforward trajectory, travels almost the whole screen (15%). The EX Special version travels the entire screen much faster (20%).
Down B: Backstep Roll
Blanka backflips backwards and then rapidly somersaults in a high arc forward (8%). The EX Special version allows the player to control the arc of the jump and where Blanka lands (17%).
Final Smash 1: Ground Shave Roll
Blanka crouches, then somersaults forward into a rolled-up position on the ground. If the player has not let go of the button, Blanka will remain there, rapidly spinning in place, until the button is released or until a small time limit elapses. Once one of these occur, or if the player did not hold down b, Blanka will immediately roll forward a short distance (55%).
Final Smash 2: Shout of Earth
Blanka will beat his chest and roar. If up b button is used, Blanka releases the electricity in a vertical column which can hit airborne opponents (85%), on the other hand, using the down b button causes Blanka to pound the ground while discharging electricity, thus causing standing opponents to be electrocuted (75%).

Character Description
Blanka is generally passive and docile, and is fond of family connections and friendships as well as children, as seen in the animated series. Yet, when angered, Blanka attacks like a wild animal let loose from a cage, ferociously attacking his opponents with predatorial rage.
Blanka's fighting style is based on speed and unpredictability. His unusual appearance and movement mean he can often surprise opponents with the range and sudden ferocity of his attacks, most of which are various incarnations of his Rolling Attack. His jump is very fast, allowing him to quickly hop over projectiles and attack opponents before they can recover.
