Neutral B - Wand[]
Cheatsy will hold out a wand. They have random abilities. This is the list:
- It will take 5% of damage
- This wand is really pointless, it refills the enemy's health
- Freezes a certain character.
- Gives out a useful item.
Side B - Good Guy Potion[]
When the enemy drinks the potion, they will help Cheatsy. They will help the characters on the battle, only for 2 moves.
Up B - Para Ride[]
This is a mini version of SpongeBob's Up B. The Para Goombas act like a carpet. Unlike SpongeBob's Up B, it lasts 4 seconds. It also doesn't hurt the opponent. This is just to get help the player get up to the platform.
Down B - Tornado[]
The move is similar to Mario's F.L.U.D.D. Cheatsy will blow a puff of smoke creating a little tornado. To use this move again wait for 12 seconds. If done before said seconds, Cheaty's tornado will due less damage.
Final Smash - Sneaking Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas[]
King Koopa gets his wand and makes Bully, Big Mouth, Kooky, and even Cheatsy himself into the Sneaking Lying Cheating Giant Ninja Koopas. The Final Smash is similar to Giga Bowser's. Big Mouth catches the enemy, crushing him/her.

- Cheaty's name is not Larry due to this quote from the Super Mario Wiki "They appeared in these cartoons under altered names. This is probably due to the show's creators using the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 3 as a reference and as the Koopalings weren't named in that game, the show creators simply created names and gave the Koopa kids (as they were called) personalities to match these names."
