Special Attacks[]

Neutral B - Mud-Slap[]

Diglett shoots mud that can become a slip trap to any and all opponents. If you repeatedly tap B, you can shoot mudballs. If you charge up this move, he/she'll do a powerful close-range attack using mud.

Side B - Cut[]

Diglett does this basic Pokèmon HM that can not only do slash damage, but also remove traps and such.

Up B - Balloon Island[]

Balloon

Balloon move based on this comic.

Diglett has a balloon tied around him and uses a chunk of land to reach higher places (even though he/she can oddly jump without showing off what's really underground). The platform stays afterward for 10 seconds, but descends if anyone else gets on it.

Down B - Dig[]

An obviously expected attack for a Diglett to do. The control scheme is similar to Missingno.'s down special. Pressing A does this pop-up attack and apparently repeated tapping shoots miniature mudballs. This ends after 10 secons with a powerful attack that has lag. Also, you must wait every 8 seconds to do it again. When Diglett's comes out, he will never pop out an item.

Final Smash - Shingeki no Digda[]

Diglett burrows into the ground. An earthquake will then occur, harming anyone on land similar to Bill Nye's earthquake lesson. Boulders will fall from the sides of the screen and mud will burst from the ground. Each of the effects appear at random, so expect no distinct pattern to work with. After 15 seconds of this natural disaster caused by a Pocket Monster, 4 boulders will drop from both sides of the screen with the center, depending on the stage the quaking occurs, the safe zone. You shouldn't dig while on a moving platform. If Diglett pulls this off in a scrolling stage, the scrolling pauses where Diglett is at. You can cancel this by hitting Diglett with preferrably projectiles/traps.

  • Diglett represents something out of the classic arcade game Whack-A-Mole.
  • He/she has the 2nd lowest HP rate of any pokemon (1st being Shedinja).
  • Apparently Diglett has the ability to mate with a Wailord.
  • In Diglett's moveset video, it was revealed that Mario 64 was joining the fray.
  • The video announced the end of Snake Codecs (for him) since they were not very entertaining and were painful to make.
  • This stated the start of Smash Lawler's Subspace Emissary.
