What Happened Last Night?
Ryu gets up groggily to fight.
Neutral B - Hadouken Trip
Ryu does the original projectile attack that Sheng Long has taught him and Ken. For the most part, it's all pretty similar to the normal hadouken, in that it does the same amount of damage, travels at the original speed it did in Street Fighters 2-4, easily blockable, all is pretty normal. The hadouken stops in the middle by half of the Final Destination stage, however. You can charge up the attack to do a Shinkuu Hadouken, but half the time this makes Ryu fall over due to him being drunk.
Side B - Motion Sickness Hurricane Kick
Ryu does the Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku like normal, what with the speed he travels at and the damage each spin coming into contact deals. However afterward, he vomits due to the motion sickness and dizziness from all that spinning. However, this can only be done at the near end, so by pressing A to cancel the move early, you can avoid puking (the puking does the same amount of damage to Ryu as with Hitoshi during his puking into a bucket).
Up B - Shoryuken Fall
Ryu does the Dragon Punch like normal. It's the same height he goes up, same damage he'll deal to anyone who makes direct contact with his fist, all is fair and similar like the other three. After the uppercut with all normal properties though, he falls down with no ability to have horizontal control over where he will fall. If he falls on the ground, he takes damage from the fall. The higher you fall from, the more damage taken. And of course, this will involve an instant KO if you fall down a pit, failing to grope the edge of the stage.
Down B - Defocus Attack
Ryu does a chargeable punch that works like it did in Street Fighter 4 when it was first introduced to those that played it aside from all the DLC Capcom stuffed into it like a turkey. It does the same damage as it did in SF4 and goes at the same speed as well. However, it makes him fall over like his Hadouken trip. It can still stun others like normal when used to counter, but it still makes you fall over. As Ryu falls over, he can manage to knock players down.
Final Smash - Metsu Vomit
Ryu drinks an entire mug of beer from Tapper's, which shall heal 300% damage. If you rapidly press B, he'll drink up the beer faster. Though if you go too fast, he'll fall over and take 25% damage, along with a bit of puking done. He will then vomit, thus covering a majority of the ground he stands on in puke. The smell damages people standing over it, and the puke can cause players to decrease their traction. Unfortunately, Ryu will be dealt 150% damage during this. The vomit stays for 20 seconds.

Failure/Clap: Piss-ass drunk
This version of Ryu is likely to be from when he was out at Tapper's on Friday night. Not really true; this was likely made as a joke fighter for MUGEN. It still fights, but Ryu is too drunk to fight properly, so he should get sober to stand a chance. What's really wrong with you, Ryu? You're drunk! Go home!

- Like BRVR's inclusion, this caused a mental debate on whether or not Crackhead Ken should be added.
