Koopa Go-Kart

Koopa drives a standard kart s to the arena, then backflips out of it.

Special Attacks

Neutral B - Fist of Flames

Koopa punches and makes an explosion occur. This attack can be charged up for more power and explosions as if it were some kickstarter Michael Bay film. His fist does minor knockback and average damage like Mario's fist upon the first neutral jab. The explosion does more than average knockback and average explosion damage. If you time either one right, you can deflect projectiles.

Side B - Shell Spin

Koopa gets in his shell and speeds off while spinning, bashing into others like in the original Super Mario Bros. If you're actively moving as you do this, then the spin's speed will be the same as when you were moving, which affects the damage you deal as well as the number of hits you make, so doing this while dashing can rack up a lot of damage in this method. Since he's a green koopa, he can't automatically sense when he's near the edge, so be careful. Press A to stop the spinning. If you're a red koopa, you'll spin around like the red koopa shell in Smash Bros., bashing into anyone that draws near you like in either Smash Bros. or Old Mario Bros.

Up B - Paratroopa Wings

Koopa sprouts wings and flies up into the air. While in the air, you can press A to curl up in your shell and knock into opponents upon moving in a certain chosen direction with the analog stick. Pressing B serves a tennis ball (seeing as how the Paratroopa was a character in Mario Tennis 64), which does half as much as Hank Hill's baseballs, bounce off solid surfaces, and can be grabbed and thrown around upon coming to a stop. Holding A cancels the whole recovery.

Down B - Block Grab

Koopa puts his foot forward and stops any projectile like the tough, blue koopa troopas from Super Mario World. When you're near the ending frame of this move, you can press A to kick back the projectile. This move can also counter melee attacks. In the air, this can be used to meateor smash your opponents either into the ground or down a pit.

Final Smash - Blue Shell

Koopa gets out a blue shell and sets it off. The blue shell first flies around the battlefield and background, setting its target towards the healthiest opponent of the competition (or a random one if it's a tie). Upon locking the target like a key to a padlock, it hits the opponent in an explosive way, star-KOing said opponent. If you're the leader, the runner-up gets hit. In team matches, though, this can also manage to hit one of your teammates.

Character Description

A henchman of Bowser. In the old days, they'd retreat into their shells for a short while to protect themselves after being jumped on. Recently, however, some have begun to immediately pop back out. You'll often find them marching straight ahead--if the path ends, they'll just march into the abyss. Surely there are no brave turtles to be found. There are many variations of koopas, each with differing personas. Under the shell, they have a t-shirt and shorts.
