On-Screen Appearance
Re-carnation
Mandy appear in the background as a skeleton, then get muscle and skin (with clothes) and she enter the battlefield
Special Attacks
Neutral B - Intimidation
Mandy will use her wit to intimidate and manipulate opponents into doing as she says, making them fight on her side for a while. (The opponents fighting on Mandy's side are shown by the letter M above their head)
Side B - Death Stare
Mandy does her evil stare, in which intimidates everyone. Anyone who's near her will receive shock damage due to fear of Mandy. Like Angry Boss' rants, her stare can also stop projectiles and items.
Up B - Chickenball Z
Mandy switches to her Super Saiyan form from the Chickenball Z episode. During this, her strength and speed increases by 2x, making her more powerful in battle. And she is also able to fly using telekenisis, sorta like Toon Bison's Up-B.
Down B - Portal
Mandy holds up some kind of remote control or something which opens a portal having two skeleton arms reach out. Deals 14%.
Final Smash - Mogo Smile
Must...not...smile! (Mandy smiles, tearing apart the fabric of the universe like in My Fair Mandy, opponents gets decimated).
